The ability of precognition has a separate definition and function than Future-Sight Clairvoyance; both of these two abilities are not the same on paper. While future-sight clairvoyance is an ability dipping heavily into the psionic field, precognition is a power that does not rely on psionic energy, or at the minimum, has a different type of processing. Precognition does not have the same kinds of constraints that clairvoyance does, which would make it a powerful ability to possess if such an ability is actually real.10Please respect copyright.PENANArz06oaGiep

Before the AVPSI could set their sights on investigations, the core differences between these two cognitive powers needed to be analyzed. The details of clairvoyance are explained in full on the relevant page, but shall be briefly mentioned here once more for comparison. The core principle requirements of future-sight Clairvoyance are: the known use of psionic echo-return data, location and personal targeting, focus of the ability while conscious, the targeted data relating to a psionic dispersion field, the relative potential difference in time frame, and the observations made to date on all clairvoyants having a much higher frequency. With precognition, the set claim is that the user would be capable of witnessing events either in full or part - as they occur long into the future, often during sleep. There is also the notation attached that a precognizant person would somehow (without full understanding) know the difference of a vision and a dream. With these differences in mind, the Royal Scryers worked on a debunking principle first, to see if such a power would ever be possible in the scope of psionics.10Please respect copyright.PENANAzxYPfkSE6d

Based on what is known regarding psionic theory and proven existing abilities, the AVPSI first analyzed the possibilities of precognition from a theoretical approach, beginning with the aspect of sleep. Like with every other ability, psionic energy can only be projected in focus during full consciousness, and never while asleep. However, precognition bases itself on the ability to be used during sleep (according to vast majority of details from self-proclamations), giving users their vision in the form of a dream-equivalent. While this paradoxical detail is a powerful dissertation to use as a means of discrediting an ability, the AVPSI also knows that there is currently a 97% probability that this is universally true, not 100%. The recent mentions of Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming have the Scryers re-thinking the full validity of whether or not psionic abilities can be used during full sleep subconsciously. After all, Astral Projection and lucid dreaming have not yet been proven or disproven by the AVPSI. In addition to this, the leading evidence that lucid dreaming is at least a real phenomenon is also recently combined with data that may support the theory - that psionic energy is related to the ability to lucid dream in some manner.10Please respect copyright.PENANAw1u7amJDG5

Instead, the researches aimed onto the echo-return-data with regards to ability usage and psionic integrity. Whether asleep or not, the use of this kind of power is certainly of a psionic nature. Those who can see into the future up to 18 hours ahead (future-clairvoyants) are certainly using the same type of energy in a different manner when searching further ahead. With this in mind, the ability of psionic echo scanning can be used by another while observing a precognizant person during the activity, and measure a high amount of echo-return data, enough for the sensor node to detect that their target is at least using psionic energy. In other words, psionic echo scanning can be used on a self-proclaimed precognizant person to detect the traces of psionic projections. However, while finding a self-proclaimed precognizant person is difficult enough, finding one in the correct frame of time to try such a scanning technique during their ability usage is just too inconvenient to rely on, according to the clairvoyant scryers. Only capable precognizant people who are confident enough in their ability to step up and willingly prove their power are of interest to the AVPSI are useful to the perception that such an ability is approvable. There are not many who are willing to steak personal reputation to prove this, even after the setup of the now inert “Randi $1,000,000 paranormal challenge.” Still set with little to no observation data, the AVPSI continues to scheme theoretical approaches to determine the validity of Precognition.10Please respect copyright.PENANATzbg8Iqovz

One of the Scryers soon challenged the AVPSI’s earlier claim that precognition would require such high psionic energy usage. Their logic being - for an ability to be usable during sleep, it would actually need to require a low minimum threshold rather than a high one. This claim shifted the direction of the methods to approach the topic. Whether or not precognition is a sleep-only ability is totally undetermined, as is the existence of the ability itself. However, with this in mind, some of the Scryers were able to make more useful predictions. Some claimed that the process would likely need some sort of low-level claircognizance combined with a highly complex and logical thought processing matrix occurring while the mind is in a subconscious state, which in effect does not actually predict the future with 100% accuracy. If certain, this method predicts the future with above 90% accuracy using an elevated level of logic and intelligence with room for error. However, the majority did not like this tangent theory since it did not properly involve psionic research, and so more varied discussions continued.10Please respect copyright.PENANARiVGAPY3lk

Another notable detail in this is the factorization of the time difference. Before this can be examined any further, it must first and now be mentioned where this next segment of the data comes from. Rather than rely on popular rumor, the AVPSI eventually got a report from SM and her experiment #24 that the subject reported what was possibly a precognition event. In time, the precognizant event happened several times at random, repeating as if to provide the AVPSI with all the data they could ever need, but there were several problems. The first was that Experiment #24 gave SM the exposition that he was not entirely sure if the visions really were precognition dreams, or just dreams based on a highly logical affirmations. The second problem was that the randomness of the timing and lack of on-demand clairvoyant watching of #24 (as well as the actual location of his presence being unknown to all non-Royal Scryers) made it impossible to determine the validity of the data even if #24 were to make it sound believable. It remained anecdotal evidence at best.10Please respect copyright.PENANAQUkzhNL64Y

With this in mind, they gathered what claims they could regarding #24 from SM, and complied it together for another segment of the individual purged subject reports. #24 apparently had 6 separate precognition events in his youth, but after age 16, stopped receiving them permanently after convincing himself that he did not want to have the visions in the first place. The first few visions were very small in terms of determinable detail, little events to happen in life that could easily change, while two other events were not as small and were set much further into the future. The AVPSI already had a theoretical time reference of difference on precognition being able to see several hundred years or more into the future, and #24’s visions did agree with this predetermined inherited assumption. As for #24’s confidence in these really being visions or not, the evidence even to himself was circumstantial only. He remained critical that these might not be precognition dreams, and could not be certain, though the figurative darkness in some visions bothered him greatly.10Please respect copyright.PENANAzTyrLyjpAj

The matter brought up another factor of thought, one more relevant to precognition that becomes more apparent when the length of the vision becomes further stretched into the future, known as the unseen butterfly effect. This is the butterfly effect in reference to future events changing when more information about the same future is learned. If someone sees into the future, that which they saw will become an entirely fictional reality in the same moment ~ that is to say that the vision they just witnessed will not happen in the exact same way it was witnessed {now known as the anti-paradox effect of precognition}. This is because the precognizant person has changed the future unknowingly, even if the only thing that changed was their knowledge of it happening. How much does it change? It would depend on the reactions of that witnessed up to the point of its change. Even knowing and doing nothing alone has effects on that future no matter how small. These effective changes become more apparent the more distant the frame of reference is, which is why future-clairvoyants have such a hard time changing the future they can see, with only an 18-hour maximum window. The unseen butterfly effect has become a topic of generic interest set aside from the plausibility issue with precognition, because it may hold some information on how time travel in theory could be virtually impossible, among other relevant topics.10Please respect copyright.PENANAcJvZNMDeXV

The reason this unseen butterfly effect is important to mention is because there is the potential in which a real precognizant person can use their powers, while the very mention of their vision to anyone else would increase the likelihood of that future changing. If the future changes enough, so does it become less certain they were telling the truth in the first place. This alone should not be enough to throw off whether the ability is real. However, a highly distant future of even ten years means that the AVPSI has to then wait ten years before they could see anything come of the vision.10Please respect copyright.PENANAbf3uGWsJts

The scattering of results and breadcrumb data retention for this ability has frustrated the AVPSI greatly. There are not really any fully confirmed precognizant people that the Scryers have had a chance to study. With regards to #24, he leans on the idea that his own background intelligence might be higher than he gave it credit for during that time, explaining away the precognitions to simply be highly intelligent dreams that accurately predict (but not entirely foretell) the future no matter how distant. An example of this imperfection was noted when the final vision he had was that “the people all over the Earth would eventually merge into a one-world government with a one-world currency and rule of law, and as a result suffer from a mass world depopulation through starvation and disease killing millions from the economic collapse.” For anyone living in 2022 or who has read recent documentation on the World Economic Forum, this should already sound oddly familiar. However, #24 also mentioned that the detected frame of reference for this was roughly 200 years into the future (or 2212). Perhaps the vision was an accurate assessment to make, and we will see this play out around that year. Or perhaps it will play out much earlier, and that the prediction was just that; an intelligent prediction made from multiple subconscious observations about the world around him as suggested earlier by some of the Scryers of the AVPSI.10Please respect copyright.PENANAexQioAQxMW

The frustrations about this have since disinterested many members of the AVPSI. It goes without saying that the ability of precognition is still in the undetermined section of potential abilities, but of all the powers, precognition has become the least popular topic of discussion at this time. In conclusion of the Precognition report as of this date, the ability has not been confirmed or debunked in any relevant manner.10Please respect copyright.PENANApUn6pOAOgJ
