Subject SM (the leader of the Cy-Stars Aggressor Group), and Experiment #24 go together directly, and information about both subjects is so readily available for this report because both subjects are still alive to date and are still in constant communication with each other whenever possible.12Please respect copyright.PENANAZZPxM9vFoJ

Following the traumatizing incident that ruined her memories of her mother - and delivered onto her remaining family a powerful hatred of heathens (see details in SM-10 Family below), SM settled down into the AVPSI with her other 10 sisters, using their long-range clairvoyant abilities over time to observe many humans of the globe, often out of boredom.12Please respect copyright.PENANAtg8zugFpoY

However, the emotional stability of SM was in occasional flux, especially around the annual date of September 22, since this was the day in which she along with most other Altiri lost their individual mothers. While all of her sisters were distraught of the past, SM seemed to be the most affected by the events, not because of what happened, but because of how easily the memory of her mother was permanently erased. To date, no memory recursion techniques have worked to bring back a single glint of data from the past. An Altiri ability known as memory sharing was recently brought up to be a possible cause of this memory loss, but there has been no way to strengthen or confirm this theory in a safe enough manner at this time, so it remains a low-probability theory.12Please respect copyright.PENANAfW0Z3G9Vup

Still, time marched on, and SM became interested in the different behaviors and mental aptitudes of those who lived in the warmer climates of the United States versus the colder climates. While expecting only minor differences, SM10 discovered quite a few outliers of people who did not fit into their social groups for a number of personality traits that set them all apart, including a male child designated later on as Experiment #24. Putting aside the hatred of men from all of SM-10, virtually all active Scions of the AVPSI are female. The targets chosen for purge were almost never romantically driven, and most nodes chose the alike female gender of their targets for purged because it was presumed the commonality between each other would be more comforting and yield a better personal connection between each other (and is also forbidden by top layers of the AVPSI). As such, until Experiment #24, 0% of all purged human beings were male. Due to the high costs of purging, LQQ did not pressure anybody to pick any target for the sake of new data acquisition.12Please respect copyright.PENANANgRWS8Mqwq
SM became more interested in the observations of Experiment #24, mainly due to the total lack of personality traits similar to LG (her mother’s killer) and what is seen in most men. Experiment #24 had a severe deficiency in masculinity, among many other unusual traits, such as a higher level of intelligence, heightened internal emotions, faster thinking associated with ADD, and anti-social behavior since the beginning of his grade school. The interest in #24 was SM’s alone, and so she grew more attached to the opportunities to observe this boy as he grew. Eventually, the other sisters of SM10 jumped onto the same rails, watching the same target out of interest for why SM was so fixated.12Please respect copyright.PENANAC0PEIPleSf

#24 displayed no specific psionic abilities before the purge, but demonstrated a powerful resistance to a mistake many young kids make in their lives. This mistake is recognized as the relinquishment of unique individuality and personality traits as a cost for mimicking the nearby popular as a means of fitting in better to social crowds, triggering the potential consequence of permanently changing one’s personality to more closely match that of others. Social norms that may not seem right to the individual are initially ignored and later on accepted for the purpose of becoming more well-rounded in their favorite micro-community, and children do this all the time on a subconscious level. #24 was presented with this problem too on more than one occasion, but showed heavy resistance to change despite the isolation and occasional verbal bullying it brought him. It is theorized that this - out of all his traits was the one that interested SM the most. SM made claims that what she could see in #24 has never been seen by her in any other person she had ever met or observed outside of her own family.12Please respect copyright.PENANAq5ExHZN89k

As the years went on and #24 aged upwards into adolescence, the environment of his life became more stressful, which connectively brought worry to SM. SM essentially began to care about the happiness and wellbeing of #24, her observing target. Her emotional stability became more linked to these two factors, and in time, SM’s sisters recognized that SM’s personal attachment to #24 was more than just familiarity. SM began to love #24, to what extents are only speculation, though it was clear to the sisters that SM’s personal feelings were that of a growing love for #24. This personal attachment initially solicited negative reactions from her sisters, due to the shared hatred of men resonating strongly given the strange circumstances. But with time, SM made her feelings fully aware to her sisters using the sharing built-in Clairsentience from their telepathy. It was not long after - before arguments dialed back, but this was only temporary.12Please respect copyright.PENANAOPL6dVx0j0

By 2009, #24 was about to be heading into middle school, but suffered from unfortunate family matters in the summer of, and it was soon decided by SM that #24 will be purged to save him from the feelings of misfortune and isolation. Needless to say, this personal decision brought back previous and new arguments. Recall that sending a purge to another human being is a group action; it takes the combined amplified psionic power of an entire group of 8+ Scions to successfully and safely send a purge, not to mention that only one node (in this case SM) would be the only one in direct communication with the purged subject. On top of this, Scions who can send a purge signal can only do so once in their entire lifetime, after which that power is lost forever, among the primary node and all others who take part in the signal amplification, in this case her sisters. So on top of these stresses, there was a heavy price to pay for helping SM achieve something her sisters were initially against.12Please respect copyright.PENANA2XGKZpgFCY

SM brought up further arguments and bargaining to her sisters, in many cases begging them to help her purge #24. The arguments won over only a couple of SM10 sisters to her side, but not nearly enough, and the group was becoming split by their differences in opinions and emotions. As SM put pressure on everyone else, everyone else put more pressure onto her, eventually getting her to confess that she had developed “personal feelings” for the person of interest. SM’s alternate strongest argument was to reflect the meaning in totality of countless years of watching another world, watching people suffer without any means to reach out and change anything at all. It was something that wrecked many hearts of those who participated in the mass clairvoyance of humanity, when personal attachment to sufferers became involved. SM10 did not mind at all that there was a huge age gap between the two, but then such matters like this were never a part of their lives, since romance almost never dominates any area of the AVPSI.12Please respect copyright.PENANAiVMK90UD88

Her sisters persisted, and SM eventually fell into a state of defeat around the middle of the 2009 summer. Her defeat followed up with waves of depression and less stability, and SM was 100% disinterested in using clairvoyance to study other individuals. Feeling bad for what they had done, one by one, SM10 sisters were won to her side, convincing one after the next to change their minds and purge #24 after all, for SM above anybody else. While it was not a conscious effort by SM, her growing sadness was enough to change the minds of the sisters she needed to support her ability to purge an individual in the first place. She was even undeterred by the fact that #24’s living locations (based on the warmer climate) would complicate many things in the future.12Please respect copyright.PENANAb8SnWYFles

So, several times and dates were set for #24 to determine a best time and date for sending this purge. Fearing a denial of permission to go through with this purge however, all of SM10 kept quiet about their plans to purge #24, doing so without asking - which would land them in trouble shortly after. Once the opportunity was present, #24 was purged on August 11, 2009. As with all purges, they take time to complete, and once one is sent, the team who sent it has no way to monitor or track its progress (since the loss of long-range clairvoyance is instant on the same day). However, the decision and action was made, and therefore irreversible.12Please respect copyright.PENANAV37pwWO1qc

One of the reasons LQQ and the rest of the AVPSI found out about the actions of SM10 immediately had to do with psionic resonance detection from psionic amplification. Scions of the AVPSI are usually highly sensitive to powerful psionic signals or psionic bursts of information, such as the signal of the purge being singled out. A purge is one of the most powerful psionic projection and transmissions that exist within the known field of all possible abilities. So it is no surprise that LQQ and virtually everybody else noticed this transmission the moment it was collected and sent out. SM10 was ousted instantly because of the very nature of this passive detection for powerful psionic energy waves.12Please respect copyright.PENANAIbEmKLViRX

While this section of the document is meant to be about SM specifically, all of SM10 shared this responsibility for keeping everything under wraps until it was too late to turn back from an important decision. However, SM sent this purge as the primary node (which is why she may also be referred in here as Node 0). This has the intended consequence of her being the one and only person who can telepathically communicate with the purged subject after that purge process is complete. With this in mind, LQQ weighed options of punishment carefully.12Please respect copyright.PENANAVeKUfVdOM2
12Please respect copyright.PENANAujFWHdJtbt
There is one more factor that LQQ cares about specifically in regards to conducting research including the process of sending purges. This factor is secrecy. While the AVPSI does not make a goal of keeping all of its information and research highly classified, it does make efforts to avoid data leaks of all kinds to both the general public and to specific involved individuals who may become upset with aspects of the project, specifically those who are purged, as they are never asked for permission when they are purged. Since most humans to date do not believe heavily in psychics, this is usually a problem that can solve itself. However, the act of purging an individual without first consulting with LQQ has the unintended macro-consequences of releasing this sensitive information onto a human, who may find such information unfavorable to their well-being should they dislike the results of their sudden involvement in the purge. Despite those purged never being asked beforehand, they are still considered part of the experiment ~ specific to the process of a purge and what information it may uncover.12Please respect copyright.PENANAHX3MB4dR0P

All of this factors into the reason why consulting with and getting permission from LQQ before performing a purge is so required. The other reason has to do with an unknown ability LQQ uses directly during the time of a scheduled purge, an ability that randomizes and masks most of the psionic data leaked form psionic amplification occurring from the purge, and thus shielding the identity of the aggressor group involved in a purge, which is the norm for the Altiri. LQQ was supposed to harshly punish SM10 for stepping out of line. However, having a new experiment learn of the program without a node to communicate with can have worse consequences for the AVPSI and for humanity overall. Therefore, it was ultimately determined that SM will carefully handle her target with great care and skepticism, while more frequently reporting any and all findings including personal information back to LQQ. Future punishment would be determined based on the results of the bond to be formed in this telepathic connection between SM and #24, with assumption that the consequences for SM would be severe if #24 defects or rejects communication or cooperation from SM’s family. SM had no choice but to agree to these terms, though her underline motive was to form a powerful relationship with #24, which agreed in parallel to LQQ for very different reasons.12Please respect copyright.PENANAZJfEb52HtD

SM waited out the months and years it took for the purge process to complete on #24, after it was presumed likely that the purge signal itself had failed half-way in. But on November 1, 2010, the purge cycle completed successfully, which in that moment forced a strong telepathic connection between the purged subject and the primary node. In her attempt to explain everything that happened and clarify everything about psionic abilities to the initially confused teenager, SM delivered as much information as she could to the skeptical boy who believed much of his new experiences to be hallucination, surprising nobody from the AVPSI.12Please respect copyright.PENANAiqsP8pFXzj

By week 1 post-purge, SM was still in active communication with #24, who (as in all cases with all purged individuals) made all future reconnections (telepathically) with SM. Remember (from the Telepathy report) that after the first post-purge telepathic link, all subsequent connections that are established after termination of the first are manually sent and accepted, usually with the purged subject being the one to initiate the connection (as the reversal of that role is typically impossible). This means that #24 found SM interesting enough not to turn away, despite reports that #24 did not believe that his experiences were anything beyond imagination, including the very existence of SM.12Please respect copyright.PENANAjUiakSO8Ko

Communication between the two continued for weeks onward, with average telepathic powers becoming stronger in parallel with the weather becoming colder due to the approaching winter. #24 was also able to meet all 10 of the SM10 family via telepathy with SM’s ability of 3-way transmissions, despite the sharp strain it put onto her stamina. SM also took part in several instances of telepathic phasing, wherever it was convenient to, allowing the AVPSI to collect wanted information on additional sub-ability factors for telepathy. Most of all, the general emotional state of SM changed dramatically in such short of time. She quickly became happier than what others noticed in her before, further supporting the idea that SM had a crush on her own subject, and thus never treated #24 like an experiment, but as a person.12Please respect copyright.PENANAsRXIYcR9VS

SM and #24 grew to be close friends, slowly trusting each other further everyday as they both began to work on each other’s personal problems and give advice to each other on as many matters as possible. As months went on, this bond only became much stronger, putting LQQ at ease, as she was initially skeptical that anything good would have come from this purge. The results were clear; #24 was taking everything well and became a happier person, while SM was in a more excited happier state of mind, a rarity considering her trifle with the past. Other members of the AVPSI were also put at ease, though some remained skeptical even to current date.12Please respect copyright.PENANAHRu5YIfp2H

SM and #24 grew to be as close as possible over the next several years, despite the physical distance between each other always remaining too high for perfect satisfaction. Within 6 months, #24 fell in love with SM and confessed these feelings directly to her. SM had previously committed to not revealing her crush on #24 for several personal reasons, but was overjoyed to know that her crush loved her in return. Twelve months later, #24 proposed to SM, and both planned to have a secret wedding (secret for #24’s family members and acquaintances) in the location of the AVPSI’s main operation facility. With permission from LQQ, SM proposed to have this wedding inside of the facility with LQQ herself overseeing the event, as well as making the matters legal. Since #24 lives in the United States and SM does not, the legality of this marriage seemed complicated on paper to #24, but LQQ assured both of them that the marriage was real and legally binding in their area given their connections. Therefore, the date was set for December 1, 2011. The marriage took place on that date inside the Altiri Temple, and the ceremony was completed successfully with the help of LQQ.12Please respect copyright.PENANAsFrzFuvk6K

#24 attended this event using amplified telepathy. Since the variance of normal telepathy connection strength would make attendance difficult, SM devised a plan to use a kind of self-psionic resonance during the connection to boost its strength within a certain threshold, giving #24 an unusually strong connection with her so that he could properly meet everything through her senses. This phenomena is still under study, and is of great interest to the AVPSI.12Please respect copyright.PENANAsZseHO4zBs

Thirteen years have gone by since the marriage (current dated 2024). Much has changed in #24’s personal life, but both have benefited from each other’s devotion to themselves. SM for example has become far stronger when handling her personal feelings of the past, and no longer has breakdowns about what happened to her mother every September 22. SM also appears to be more motivated than ever before on personal projects inspired by #24, projects that would one day enable the two of them to enjoy the next part of life together when the two of them come to live together in person rather than in distance. To date, SM reports to LQQ what goes on in the world that she observes through #24’s senses, these days with #24’s permission and understanding of this background data collection. Since her team lost long-range clairvoyance forever, she got the help and support of other clairvoyant Scryers around her when looking into the more recent events of ‘the scamdemic’ of 2020 plaguing the Earth (in which critical information was filtered or suppressed through mainstream media outlets). But there are not many huge updates to personal reports related to SM specifically. Much of the information about this delves deep into the personal life of #24 specifically, information approached at the details of their romantic involvement.12Please respect copyright.PENANAV2NHGVtUPK
