"Snap" I say laughing. We're both wearing black dresses. She sees mine and smiles and I know that all is well between us still.

Matty is cooking, Jay and Ross are still chatting away and I am perched on the side of the dining table. Ironically just in the spot where things have happened between Matty and myself in the past. Very naughty things. I push that thought away.

Jay is seated next to me in the chair and my hands find their way to his hair. Idly I play with his hair. His hand rests on my thigh, right at his eye level as I sit up on the table next to him.

Rach sits down opposite us and I decide sitting down in a chair is a good bet since the food is nearly ready, I go over to Matty and take out the plates from the cupboard. I remember where everything is.

Matty smiles and sits where he always used to sit on the table, I wait for Rach to take some rice and a naan bread and then I serve up for Jay. I look at Ross talking and end up serving his food up too before my own. He smiles at me warmly and I want to hug him but I have been repressing that for sometime now. Trying everything to discourage his devotion for me.

I push my hair back to flowing down my back and I eat slowly. The sickness isn't bound to just the mornings. However spicey food is a pretty big craving at the moment. And eating slow is difficult.
