It was ten at night when I finally dragged my ass home, today was one of those days that would never end. Now here I come home to any empty house and left over Chinese food. I didn’t even wanna eat so I went up stairs and showered.
I had to be laying down for about five minutes when I heard my doorbell.
“I swear somebody better be dying.” I grubbed as I stormed downstairs I opened the door with a mean scowl on my face.
”WHAT!” I yelled not even seeing it was Fire.
”I’m sorry I should come back.” She said and I blocked her because she didn’t wanna be touched.
”I’m sorry I had a long day. Come in.” I said holding the door open. She nodded and put her head down and that’s when I saw she had some bags with her. I lead her to my kitchen and that’s when I saw she cooked me some food. I was kinda confused because who just cooks somebody food.
”I uh cooked you some food, it’s like uh thank you for the other night.” She said and I saw she was shaking. I grabbed her hands in mine and she tried to coward away but I wasn’t having that.
”You Okay I see your shaking.”
“I got bad nerves.” She said and put her head down. I lifted her chin with my index finger.
”Stop putting your head down, your too beautiful to look at the ground.” I said searching her eyes. I ran hand down the side of her face and on her neck I felt something and her eyes popped open and she stepped back. I looked at her neck and didn’t see anything so I shrugged it off. I sat down and ate the plate she made me while she put the other food away. I heard her doing shushes and cleaning up and I shook my head. This girl really could be a good ass wife, why was she single.
”Okay I accidentally cleaned your kitchen and I put your food away. Thanks again for that night Terrance.” She said and hugged me when I stood up. I again had no idea what to do so I hugged her back.
”No problem Shorty.” I said and kissed her cheek. She let go of me and laughed.
”I knew you were trouble, well good night Terrance.” She said and I closed the door.

I don’t know how I got here but here I was in Fire’s room watching her sleep. She looked so beautiful. Her hair fanned out around her her head tilted to the side and that’s when I saw it. I looked closer and saw what she has been trying to hide. Next thing I know Fire’s eyes shot open and she shot me in my shoulder. She turned on the light and that’s when I got the full effect of what she has been trying to hide. She had scars all over her torso. I got up and I lightly touched her.
“Why?” I asked running my hand over a scar on her neck.
”It’s not even what you think, I don’t like talking about it.” She said trying to cover up. I put my arms around her and kissed her neck softly.
”Wait how did you get in here?” She asked.
”I swiped your extra key.” I shrugged and laid in her bed.
“What ar you doing?” She asked.
”Look I had a long day and all I want to do is lay under you man so come here.” I said. She looked nervous and I grabbed her hands and let her lay down. I laid on top of her and put my head on her chest. She range her fingers up and down my spine and I’m not gonna lie the shit felt good. Made me want to get use to having her around.
”Safire I know you don’t wanna talk about it but one of these days you gotta tell me what happen to you and it’s gonna be before our wedding day.” I said.
”Who said I wanna marry you?” She said.
”You did when you let me lay in bed with you. You gonna be my Queen and we gonna rule to world together.” I said and kissed her lips.
