So, you'd think I would have been a little scared of going into a doorway, and down the stairs in a dark corridor, but you'd be wrong, I'm stupid. Okay, I'm not stupid, but I do think it was kinda dumb, I mean, there could be anything down there, in a world that's getting overrun by monsters, and people from another dimension, but I followed anyway.
That was a slight mistake.
So we started going down, into the dark, slowly but surely, then I hit a door and it swung open. I stepped inside, and looked around, it was dark, and some of the roofs had fallen in, the rest was just shadows, then a light appeared behind me, it was the lady, she had a flashlight in her hands, where did she get it? Then everything in the room grew a bit lighter, and I saw a whole lot of nothing, it was just an empty room! "Why would you have an empty room?" I asked confused, I didn't think till after I said that.
"Here"
I looked at the empty wall she was pointing at."There's nothi-" she cut me off, pressing a button, and the walls shifted, then it made a noise, like something was stuck, then a few shutters, the sound of something breaking, like glass, then appeared a few knives, a sword, and a little charm bracelet, I went over, and picked up a knife, and checked out the sword,"look at the charm bracelet" she told me, I usually hate jewlary, but I did anyway, it had a charm of a little flashlight, then the knife and sword disappeared, and I looked at the charm bracelet, and on it where the knife and sword.
"Take one of the charms off"
I did, they easily just clipped off, and a nice sword grew in my hands,
"That's awesome," I said
I played around with the charms and brandished the sword around some, I normally despise wearing jewelry, but this wasn't too uncomfortable, I mean it's not my style but whatever.
"Now throw the charm bracelet, and make sure when you throw it, you don't want it, keep thinking that till I tell you otherwise.." i didn't know what she meant by that, because I really like this thing, but I concentrated at not wanting it at the moment, I threw it, then it disappeared. "
Where did it go?"
I looked all over the place, but I kept in mind i didn't want it.
"check your wrist"
I expected to see it there, I looked down, it wasn't there "now do you want it back?" she asked "yes" then I felt something cold touch my wrist. I looked down, and the charm bracelet was there. "Whenever you wish for it to be gone, it will disappear, along with if you don't need it, but when you need it or want it, it will appear."
"Now THAT'S awesome"
Then I heard a rumbling, debris started to fall from the ceiling, and it started to cave in, "Run!" and the lady pushed me ahead of her, and we started to run back to the corridor, towards the stairs.
I heard a loud crashing. I looked at my bracelet, but it wasn't a bracelet, it was a watch, with little charms on the strap "you didn't want it to be a charm bracelet?" I felt kinda embarrassed "no, no it's fine, I just noticed it turned into a watch, it changes the form the wearer would rather it be."
All of a sudden the ceiling for the exit started crashing in, just as we hit the 4th step from the door, we were trapped.
But, I knew one thing, I. Am. Not. Going. To. Die.
My senses seemed to boost, I noticed every little detail about everything, I felt unstoppable, I forgot about my broken wrist
I flung back, and debris fell, right where I was standing. I didn't know what to do now, all I wanted was to get out alive, find my brother, and get out of this world, I watched for falling wreckage, doing it all the best I could, it wasn't that wide of a hall, then I ran up to some of the rubble, I pushed it some.
Then something weird happened, something I don't even think Marson could explain, and he seemed to understand quite a few of things in this world. The cement blocks that fell from the ceiling started to rise slightly, but enough to let us though, there was a bit of blue light then it exploded, with a flash of blue light, we crawled up the rubble, and through the broken doorway, to the surface.
