Emma was by the door when we arrived. As soon as the car stopped, she rushed towards me.

"I'm so sorry that I made you worried! I won't do anything like that again!" I apologized as sincerely as I could.
"It's fine. Just remember to take care of yourself next time." My aunt held my hand and led me into the house.
"Oh by the way, I contacted the school already. You should rest early today. Tomorrow, Jonah will bring you to your new school. You and Jonah will be in the same school so I am feeling confident about your safety."
Emma then turned to face her son," Jenny will be with you tomorrow. You've gotta be nice to her!" Then she winked at her son.
"Annoying girl." Jonah turned to go upstairs, but with a smile faintly visible on his lips. I do not have a crush on her. Do I? He shook his head to make sure that he was still thinking properly.
"Girl, time to go." Jonah looked at me, who's still gawking in awe.
"That's Jonah. Isn't he cute!?" The girls around me whispered to each other.
"Who's that girl? Why is Jonah holding her hand?" A girl asked, dismayed.
Their icy stares made me shiver.
A shadow blocked my path. I lifted my head and saw an attractive looking girl. However, her eyes were filled with hostility. I shivered once again.
"Jonah, who is she?!" Adelina demanded.
Jonah ignored her and kept walking. I followed him along. Adelina reached out her leg and tried to trip me. She succeeded and my body started falling forward, not listening to my brain. At the last second, Jonah held onto me. Thanks to him, I didn't embarrass myself.
