1) What is MEPA?
MEPA is a military organization across Imaginative Reality and Physical Reality, aim to monitor the security and sustainable development of both Realities. Our motto is quoniam iustus et gloria, unless certain areas critically endanger both realities' stability or any acts harming MEPA, we will not forcibly interfere any countries polities and other issues.
2) What is Imaginative Reality?
Even us MEPA do not understand Imaginative Reality Completely, thus this answer will be constantly edited. For now, our answer is - Imaginative Reality depends on how much ideas and creativity into the internet. These ideas can be portrayed in any form - Words, Image, Sound, Video etc. The more content it has shown, the more detailed and vast that area is, of course, that doesn't necessarily mean that such areas are believable or accurate.
Different Imaginative Realities aside from Quantum Physics also has its own physic rules, and these rules still hold even moving to other areas. Meaning that 1) Suppose an Imaginative Reality area where their citizens can use magic, they can still use it even moving to other areas (both Imaginative and Physical Reality). However, 2) They cannot appear in more than one place due to Quantum mechanics (Some people may have the ability to clone themselves, but since they are not entirely identical thus does not break the quantum mechanics). Of course, certain acts must require special conditions, for example using medical equipment to cure citizens of other areas have to ensure both areas' citizens have similar physical bodies.
Some creators may or may not intentionally put unreasonable details which counteract the plot development or common sense. If the amount and its effects are limited, the Imaginative Reality itself will automatically correct itself, MEPA First Contact Diplomats can also apply for any editing or adjustments. However, bigger issues will create problems called "Bugs" and will spread over time. Areas that have been deeply infected by "Bugs" may require Eradicate.
3) What are the types of Imaginative Reality?
MEPA has identified the Imaginative Reality into three parts, namely Before 21st Century Works, Post 21st Century Works and Special Works. Before 21st Century Works are mainly Extensions from novels or music, meaning most of those citizens do not or have multiple body references, which require MEPA FCD adjustment. However, these areas are mostly very polished and detailed (Their potential threat is also relatively low, which will have less chance causing a Stage III condition). Famous examples are [Heidi's Years of Wandering and Learning], [Jane Eyre], [Anne of Green Gables], [China: Surviving the camps], and [The Bible]. Of course, some are also short animations which is more neat and clear.
Modern Works are areas from post-21st-century works, they have different categories, including books, animations, images, music etc. Their areas' quality is staggered, some are more completed, some may be self-contradictory, unfit to the plot or unreasonable. These require FCD to cooperate with locals to handle such problems.
Special Works included 1) Details are dispersed into different areas thus very difficult to collect. 2) Works that are plain twisted social-valves 3) Works that are for special reasons 4) Special orders from the Upper Council of MEPA. These Works requires more resources to handle, or require extreme measurements to be handled, which will be either handled by MEPA Upper Council personally or appointed other people secretly. Examples are stories from Dark Webs, Pornography contents and Perplex city.
4) What are Central Areas?
After discussion, Imaginative Reality will be separated as Restricted Areas, Local Areas and Central Areas. Local Areas can only allow local citizens and people who receive the Special Visit Visa go in. (If a local citizen has spent more than 5 years at a Central Area continuously he will automatically be identified as Central Citizens, they can still apply for visiting, maximum stay duration is 3 months), any trespass people will be arrested. Central Areas allows all people to visit, immigrant and transit, the biggest central area currently is St. Marince, which is also the headquarters of MEPA. Central Imperial City comes second, which is the place for most International organization handling the issues of Imaginative Reality. (MEPA currently does not have a headquarters at Physical Reality)
5) Aside from MEPA, are there any other Military Organizations?
Yes, currently we have 2 military organizations formed by Imaginative Realities' citizens, Atlantis and Guardians. They controlled 21.3% and 18.4% respectively before PRISM incident happened. MEPA, Atlantis and Guardians are now transferring portions of our forces to other countries, thus both Physical and Imaginative Reality can reach a power balance and shared the economic development of Imaginative Reality.
