Fire, earth, the air, and sea

To debate and determine our destiny.

“The land would grow a brilliant green

With harvests so great never before seen,”

Declared the earth tiger so keen.

"The summer sun would warm the lands

With mild fires through the forest lands,"

Fire tiger grinned, fangs so grand.

"Wind will tickle the kites above,

With storms gentle like the doves,"

Breathed the air tiger full of love.

Last of all was the tiger of water.

Who sat and sat there

For a little while later.

"Sister, tell us your plans this year."

Said her brother oh so dear.

The other tigers gathered near.

Languid sigh, she sat up straight.

"The currents of the world abate,

The glaciers crumble in their weight."

The tigers gasped at this declaration foul.

"Why this prophecy that brings us scowls?"

The fire tiger began to growl.

"The oceans are warm, the sea life suffer,"

Began this melancholy aqua tiger.

"It’s not my paw that brings this disaster."

The tigers sighed as one together

For it was true this said by this tiger of water.

The world indeed was getting rougher.

"But hope is not lost, you all,"

Earth tiger then began to call.

"We stand against this and disaster withal."

"It won’t be easy, but the future can change.

Albeit methods for it may be strange."

The water tiger then explained.

The futures decided, the tigers bowed.

The four then set in stone their vows

Before dispelling once more within the clouds.
