This ability causes Locter to passively transform concepts into abilities, this ability also grants Locter “blessing of the creator”which is a ability that can partially negate abilities, making it so that Locter can survive abilities that can instantly kill her.
Locter has a love hate relationship with god, but she considers him her father and mentor,
Locter also despises people who had an easy upbringing and she usually attracted to people who had suffered more or the same as her.

Locter, once a human now is a demon of the void. Her mere existence is a anomaly in every world. When humanity was wiped out she saw the whole thing happen infront of her eyes, children were crying, parents were screaming, yet she didn’t cry nor felt bad. She alaughed, she laughed and laughed until she couldn’t no longer.
