“I don’t see a man who is nearby to me and does not have that wish in him. Can you be that man to me? Can you be like a brother to me without entertaining such a desire in you to have me?”
Charakka was shocked on hearing that, he found his thing slumping down again and the thrill so far in him was getting evaporated.
“If you cannot be like that, there is no problem. You can have me as every man do.” There was the usual smile on her lips which she would smile at the men entered into her room with her.
Charakka got off from the bed still looking into the face of Vesavaviri. “I have no sister to me as I am the only son to my parents.” He paused for a second before saying again. “You are going to be my sister from now on. Our relationship from now on is just a brother and sister relationship.” Then he came out of that room.

“You know where your brother has gone today?” Inchuvario’s wife Kasamaria asked him while she was serving food to him in the kitchen. “Do you have any idea at all on that?”
“What the nonsense you do talk? I have been in the fields from morning to evening, how can I know where he is going and what he is doing? Moreover he came to home after a very long time spending in abroad and what is the surprise if he goes out like that? Can he spend all the time in the home itself?” Inchuvario knitted his brows with irritation.
“There is no surprise at all. There is no problem wherever he spends his time also. But.....” Kasamaria stopped as if she could not continue the sentence.
“Have you decided to kill me with suspense? Just tell where did he go.” Inchuvario became impatient.
“He went to that Vesavaviri’s house. Do I have to tell you why he did go there?”
Immediately there was shock registered in the face of Inchuvario. “How did you come to know about it?”
“Someone who saw him there told me about it.” Kasamaria said. “But there is no surprise in this also. Your brother has no wife now and he would have his bodily needs.”
Inchuvario cleaned his hand in the plate as if he has lost all the appetite and his wife removed the plate from there.
“But you know what happens if he goes to that prostitute? She just fleeces all the money from him. We both have lots of hopes on the money he earned in the abroad. Anyhow it comes to us as he has no other relatives and will be quite useful to our children. But......” he paused for a second, went near to the chair and slumped himself in that.
“You are just talking facts I must say.” Kasamaria said. “Those prostitutes take away the last penny also from him and only his person remains with us to look after. All our hopes we have for our children will vanish in thin air.”
“What if we ask him not to go like that? You know one thing! Prostitution is a crime in our country and there is a possibility of getting dangerous diseases by sexual intercourse with prostitutes. We tell this to our brother and ask him not to go to her.” Inchuvario knitted his brows together.
“I don’t think that there will be much use” Kasamaria said. “You know very well the urge in men will be very much at this age and he needs a way out. As long as Vesavaviri is available to him there, we just cannot stop him. Moreover if we insist him not to go, he may leave our house forever.”
“You are absolutely right! I just cannot think of a way to stop him.” Nodding his head resignedly Inchuvario said.
Kasamaria also nodded her head with a helpless expression and said “I have to go and see what’s the children are doing in their room. Without supervision all the time they just play without studying anything.”
“Just a moment Kasamaria!” she was about to cross the threshold of the kitchen but heard her husband’s voice again, turned back and looked into his face with a questioning expression. “There is a way to us to stop him if we want.”
“What is it?” still keeping his face in her gaze Kasamaria once again came near to me.
“Before I say this to you, you have to promise to me that you don’t get angry.” He got off from the chair he sat.
“Why do I get angry you are thinking?” there came a hopeful expression in her face. “Any idea that saves his money for our family is quite welcome to me.”
“He needs a way out at this age. Without getting his urge satisfied in some way or the other, he cannot manage. Then the way out can be that Vesavaviri or yourself.”
“What the bloody hell you are talking?” it took some time to Kasamaria to digest what he said and as soon as she digested her face filled with deep shock.
“I put it in the blunt way. Let him fuck you in the place of that Vesavaviri.”
“My god! You are suggesting me to sleep with your brother?” the shocking expression was just so in her face.
“If you don’t like you need not do this.” Once again Inchuvario slumped in his chair. “But I cannot see anyway except this to stop him from going there. The danger in his going there is not just losing all his money; he would remain as a burden to us for all his life. He also has right in this home and I cannot evict him from it. As long as he is in our home; we have to look after him as he is my own brother.”
“But it is incest! How can I sleep with the brother of my own husband?” she murmured but Inchuvario understood most of her has already agreed to his proposal.
“Incest! Then how Vali slept with the wife of his own brother? How Draupadi slept with five brothers in her life?” Inchuvario questioned with knitted brows.
“No one said Vali did a good thing! That was why Rama has killed him so. Moreover the conditions which do apply to human beings don’t apply to the animals. And don’t question the integrity of Draupadi. She is a great lady and those times were different. Present day women should not do like that as Draupadi did then.”
“I don’t agree with it. No one said that Draupadi did a right thing in those days just because it was right then. In fact until Kunti said like that she was supposed to marry only one man Arjun. Just an inadvertent slipping from Kunti’s mouth made it right for Draupadi?” Inchuvario vehemently said and paused for a second before saying. “It was just because sleeping with brother’s wife was not considered that much wrong in those days so it has been allowed. Draupadi’s was not the only instance and there were numerous instances like that in puranas if we go through.”
Kasamaria did not say anything just because she could not know what to say.
“Here we are trying to save my brother from the clutches of a prostitute and save whatever he has earned for our family. I cannot see any wrong in it but if you don’t like it.............” he tried to say something more.
“But I am not as much beautiful as that damned prostitute. I don’t think I can attract your brother.” By then whatever moral conscience was in her to do that mistake was evaporated not because of the citations her husband made from the puranas but because she did not like to lose the money her brother in law earned for someone else.
“You are still youthful, attractive and beautiful also even not as much as that Vesavaviri. There is no problem in trying our luck irrespective of the point whether it works out or not.”
Kasamaria clipped her lower lip between her teeth-frames thinking deeply, released it slowly and nodded her head indicating she came to a perfect plan regarding that.

Silavalavo was taking rest in his room which has been allotted by his brother to him. There were all the facilities in his room, his brother and his wife took particular care to make his stay there quite comfortable to him and he could understand why they were bothering like that. Inchuvario has lost more rather than earning anything by doing agriculture in this village and now both that husband and wife were cultivating hopes on the money he has earned abroad. It must be said he was lucky in fact by selling his part of land, went to a foreign country to earn money rather than sticking to agriculture just like his brother did. If he also did like that his situation would not have been any different from his brother.
But one thing was making Silavalavo feel envy towards his brother. He was not married by the time he left this village and Silavalavo did not understand how he could get a beautiful wife like her! Moreover he could get two beautiful kids, a girl and a boy, through her also. How much he wanted to have a kid through his wife! He would not have bothered that much about her death if she has left an offspring to him but it did not happen so. After her death he was too much depressed and worried, could not think about either for a wife or a child. Now by looking at the kids of his own brother he was too much thinking how much good it would have been if he has a kid for himself.
Now he was thinking about the experience he has with Vesavaviri and even she was beautiful, it was not satisfying to him. It was just like she has handed over her body to him, as a plate of flesh to deal with it in the way he wanted. Even she was a prostitute most of the time she was conservative and it appeared she did not like wholeheartedly even to hold him gently while he was discharging himself into her. Most of the time he has lot of urge and he need a woman to satisfy it but it should not be just like that he was doing it to a rubber doll. If it would be just like that the money he was paying got no value but there was no way out at all except Vesavaviri. There was no surprise at all that family remained poor like that even their family was the only family providing such services as the only woman in that family was quite apathy in doing that. Moreover there was no chance that he could get a baby through her as she intimated to him that she was operated not to have children after the birth of her second daughter.
He startled and came out from his thoughts when he heard a little louder tapping sound on the doors of his room. It must be his brother and he would have wanted to ask some of his money and he was ready to give him also. Both the wife and husband were providing good service to him and he has also no one else except himself to use that money.
“You!” Silavalavo’s face filled with surprise when he found Kasamaria on the other side of the door. “I thought that it is my brother Inchuvario.”
