Swords clashing, comrades dying, and dead bodies being stepped as if they were never alive just moments ago. Here I am, in the middle of it all, watching it happen before my eyes as if I was spectating a play in a theater. But awfully more realistic. I can smell the iron filling up the air from the accumulating blood and the stench coming off of decaying bodies. I can also hear the desperate whispers of dying soldiers praying to God for salvation and feel their bodies turning cold.

I can feel my breathing getting quicker and when I turned around a black knight was charging towards me. Thinking that he would just pass I stood still but I was wrong. Short moments after, his sword reached my neck and severed by head.

Then I woke up... sweating profusely. Checking that my neck was still attached I hurriedly grabbed the pitcher from my bedside and grabbed the cup to pour myself some cold water.

"Shit. I thought that I was already over this. 3 years had passed since I had dreams like this. Fuck"

I still don't know where these dreams come from or why they happen. But, one thing's for sure is that this always means that I can expect the same to happen in the near future.

I'm guessing that this is implying my demise in an approaching battle. I can't stop anything from happening even if I do know so I'll just wait for it to come. Maybe its even better if I just die.

But I never thought that my death could also become my chance for my future.
