He made sure to download the game I was playing earlier, which I learned was called, 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare' first so that it would be downloaded by tomorrow night.

I sit up and look down at him in shock. I honestly didn't know what to say to his words. At first, yes, I questioned whether or not I wanted to break the curse but after spending the night with Aiden after not seeing him for a whole month, I realized that I didn't want to be a mermaid anymore. I enjoy spending time with Aiden and eventually, he's not going to want to hang out with me anymore. He's going to grow up and fall in love and forget all about me.
