I found the idea for this story out of nowhere, really. I had had a dream the night before, and when I woke up, I could see the faces of the characters in my head, and although I hadn't yet thought of all the details yet, I had the main conflicts and plot in my head already. I made a short story version for my Creative Writing class, but decided that a short story wasn't enough. I needed a full story to really make the characters real, to really get their whole story out. It's still a work in progressive, but I hope that everyone who reads it loves it and gives me feedback on it so that it can become the full story I always dreamed it would be.
