Unrequited love is a tale as old as time. Where She Stood takes us on the journey with Maya as she experiences it from both sides of the coin. Our story begins as tragedy presents itself at Maya’s front door. As she navigates her grief, she learns more about herself and about love than she ever anticipated. Along for the ride with her is Maya’s younger sister, Zuri, her best friend, Jesse, and her lover Roman, more familiarly called “Six”.
