These people also used tactics that mimic psychosis on the road. Tactics that mimic psychosis I believe is designed to rewire your Braine so you get psychosis or a synthetic version of it but they have to break your concentration first. They also drove by with oddly configured vehicles and with odd light configurations and there were to many vehicles turning on to and off side roads. I believe it's also designed so you see threats were none exist and not know what's coincidence and what's not. If they can't break your concentration I believe over time it desensitizes you from fear to fool psychologists into thinking you are a psychopath 

Another example of tactics that mimic psychosis they used was a few times when a car drove by my house my Xbox turned on for no reason. Cars very rarely drive up my road being that i live on a dirt road in a rural area.  This is the kind of stuff they did. Another example being a oddly configured car with its blinkers on a graveyard. or hear a gunshot a few times when people in my family got home. Its normal to hear that as I live near a gun club. Another example being someone putting a gun in their trunk at the plainfield town line and me seeing that person and car again later. I believe it's designed so you don't know what's coincidence and what's not so even stuff they don't do you think it's these people like losing or misplacing something or someone in your family burrowing your car in the winter and leaving your emergency break on.
