一些極地生物 開始離開極地，遷往其他地方居住。

隔了好幾代之後，子孫適應了新環境，但卻遺忘了極地故鄉。

儘管如此，這些子孫總覺得自己與周遭的生物和環境格格不入，

剛好一隻指揮家　雪地小飛鼠 灰間 找到喜歡音樂的同伴，

組成了極地樂團，在旅途中表演 一邊賺取旅費 一邊向目標進發。

Due to some reasons, polar creatures left their habitat and migrated all around the world for a living.

Generation after generation, their offspring have adapted to the new environment and have forgotten their homeland. Yet, these descendants always feel out of place with other creatures as well as their living environments. 

One day, a polar flying squirrel, who loves to travel, finds an old photo of his ancestors living happily in the polar regions at an antique shop. He is completely overwhelmed by the photo and decides to start his adventure searching for his homeland. 

He meets many other polar creatures in his journey to the homeland and forms the Polar Philharmonic.
