Before he couldn't respond before she hung up. He knew her likes and dislikes but he just thought that she sounded off. He was a detective afterall, his job was to observe and solve. Serve and protect yes, but observe and solve cases. Not that Tina was a case to him but her attitude and personality on the phone was different than times before. Yes, she was quite a flirtatious person and wasn't afraid to say what she wanted; face to face or over the phone. She was just off.
