Looking for a job in Texas isn’t easy, especially when you get distracted to easy or forget why your at that job in the first place.
when a job finds you in Texas well that’s easy. But odd, when all jobs were easier, this one seems difficult, it takes more attention than anyone..like me could handle. Why would this job be the one to pick me?
As I approach the office building with the words “Security watch company” glowing like a sarcastic window to a ramshackle company. With the “U” in security faded out, Not glowing as bright as the other.
At least the plants are pretty, I’ll keep repeating in my head until I truly believe it. As I head closer to the door I see a little sign basically saying to wait, just in every single word but the ones “please and wait” weird. Just weird.
I wait for about an hour, like I said maybe this job finding me is a good thing. Maybe.
When they open the door the first thing I see is a grey wall behind a blurred figure, that my eyes finally focus on. He invites me in, so I do as instructed I walk in and introduce myself.
we stopped at the break room at our tour, when I realized seven hours has passed. Mr. O’tasha (the one who toured me) told me that there was 2 more hours on the tour, now this was unexpected.
