Today we'll be looking at one of Makoto Shinkai's brilliant works, it is not Kimi no Nawa nor Tenki no Ko but as what it is written above, it is Kotonoha no Niwa or also known as The Garden of Words. 715Please respect copyright.PENANABjn94amiY5

In this movie, the thing that hinders the characters' love to each other is the age gap between them. An aspiring 15-year-old shoemaker, and Yukari Yukino, a mysterious 27-year-old woman he keeps meeting at Garden on rainy mornings. While Takao is skipping his morning class to design shoes, Yukari is avoiding work due to personal problems in her professional life. Yukari tells Takao nothing about herself, including her name, while Takao opens up to her, sharing his passion for shoes by offering to make a pair for her. Kotonoha no Niwa demonstrates how awkward it is between the both of the characters because of the consideration of their maturity, however, both of them establishes a special feeling to one another. They would meet every time it rains but the question is, what happens if the raining stops?715Please respect copyright.PENANAiDXm2n97tT

I've always loved passionate people, the boy in the story holds a great passion for shoemaking, it's like an plain and unusual thing for teenagers at first but he works hard for it and that fact was inspiring to do our best in whatever endeavor we have in life, big or small doesn't matter as long as you put your love in to it. Yukari Yukino is one of the best 15-year-old anime boy out there.715Please respect copyright.PENANAXAklnDYL47

Visually, the movie was stunning as expected to the creator himself. It was just breathtaking to watch because of the ambiance of the movie as well as the emotions being portrayed by the characters. I personally love how almost realistic the sceneries are, like you can definitely appreciate the details that they pulled off smoothly. Your eyes will definitely miss something great if you haven't watched this movie. While the plot can be just the simple slice of life scenes of mostly a hardworking boy, what makes this movie special is really the emotions that makes the audience at aww. There were also poems and literature incorporated in the movie which I find wise since it's just so witty. Makoto always have this magic to put these simple things in to a grand one, like he could turn the plainest of reality into a breathtaking one.715Please respect copyright.PENANAk2sLpD4t2f
