I'm Marie, your Author, and I'd like to take a second to warn you about the book.
It's not necessarily over the top with a dark plot, but it is very relevant, and almost none of my topics are lighthearted. I've got a lot of possible triggers**, so if anything in the book description is something that would potentially bother you, please read at your own risk. I will not warn you when possible triggers might come up because it can be a bit of a spoiler and they are quite often dealt with.
Some of the big ones are abuse, drugs/alcohol, addiction, and suicide. The book is rated Mature because of this, and some shallow sexual situations.
Some simple background on the book is just a dark spin on the all too common cliche normal bad/boy good girl. Our Main Character is considered a villain to the happy couple, and well yeah she's a bit of a bitch. That's just a quick way to give you an idea of what's happening if you didn't quite pick up on the description.
I'm open to critique but unless you want to be an actual Beta-reader of mine, and it's not spelling or some kind of major plot hole, you can write my mistakes off as being an inexperienced writer. I don't need to hear how you would have done the plot if it was your book.
Updates will probably be once every two weeks, but no promises, if a certain chapter is taking a little longer it just means I'm making it better. Not that I'm ignoring the work.
