Life use to be simple. Before the war. Before the war we did not have to scavenge for our food. We did not have to fight just to live. This life that we live, if not much of a life anymore. Everyday is a struggle. Everyday we fight, we kill, to survive. We have no comforts, no simple things. We have not bathed in months, we can’t waste our precious water on something so frivolous. We smell worse then you can imagine. All of our hair has grown out, there is no point. Sex is no longer pleasurable. The sores on our bodies bleed and pus when we try. Human life is almost extinct. Every pregnancy has ended in a stillborn or miscarriage. Life is no longer worth living. The world has already ended. It’s only a matter of time before we are all dead.
