Blaine has been a guardian angel for 10000 years. During his time as a Guardian Angel, he has had multiple human charges he is meant to watch over and guide to help them stay and find the light and minimize or prevent them from falling to the darkness. He has followed his teacher's teachings and examples and has implemented them as his own to be as good a guardian as he and pass on the knowledge to his own pupil so she can too be a great guardian angel.

Now his time as a guardian angel is about to come to a more interesting time as he receives a new special charge that will be linked to him for eternity. It is a big responsibility and though he is excited about finally being entrusted for such a charge, he sometimes feels if he can handle it or even deserve it.

It's been 7 Years since the end of the Chaos Wars, an era in which conflict was all around the galaxy & across the various realms of the multiverse. With the Death of Zero Dantez and the collapse of the Demon Armies, some manner of peace has washed over humanity; though not all is as it once was. The Chaos Wars have left countless civilizations in ruin, and no major organization of the past remains in power. For these last few years humanity has been rebuilding, and with the passage of time things are about to go full circle.

After generations, people have returned to the Realm of Aether- known for the Home Lands which have long since been lost. And it is here where conflicts echoing the past shall resume once more as people strive for positions of authority following the left-open power vacuum. New powers and old alike will collide here as humanity strives to anchor itself back into the fabric of reality.

Who will come out on top? Who will be swept under the rug and forgotten to time? What awaits humanity in a new world full of hate and destruction? The answers to these questions and more await to be answered- the conflict rages on!!

Project Home Bound is a Community Series with multiple writers. You might think of it as group DnD only with a lot more writing and fewer 'game' mechanics. The aim is essentially to craft a story and lore that we can share with an audience in 'real time' whenever we decide to write. A long time ago, there was a planet on the surface of which a real living Heart was beating. Each of its beat gave life to many wonderful creatures, and humans were no exception. Once, during a mountain collapse, they became afraid that something might happen to the Heart, and built a fence around it. And they started arguing about who is the worthiest defender of the Heart. The fence turned into a wall, and the city rose very quickly around it. Everything that people came up with was immediately brought to life by the love of the Heart. So, they created dolls to help themselves, which significantly accelerated the construction. In the time that was freed up, people took up the war. One day they closed the Heart completely, erecting a dome over it. Miracles stopped happening, and the dolls stopped coming to life. People blamed magical creatures for this and began hunting them. And in order not to stop the construction, they began to chip off pieces of the Heart and insert them into their mechanisms. The city continued to grow. Centuries have passed. The city has propped up the sky with towers. Only fragments of the Heart remained, saturating the black smoke with its breath. Factories that produce nightmarish monsters fed on it. With their help, people continue to wage war with each other for the title of the worthiest defender of the Heart. While it is dying. This is where our story begins...
